heart of Africa
In the heart of Africa, where the
sun is bright,
Lives a child of dreams, of hope, of light.
With eyes that sparkle like the morning dew,
A spirit strong, with visions bold and true.
Barefoot on the dusty paths they
roam,
In villages they call their home.
Laughter echoes through the open fields,
Where ancient lands their bounty yields.
In the shade of baobab trees so
wide,
Stories of old are shared with pride.
Tales of ancestors, of strength and grace,
Of heroes who have set the pace.
Under skies of endless blue, they
play,
With hearts unburdened, free and gay.
Yet in their dreams, a future calls,
Beyond the horizon's vast, wide walls.
They dance to rhythms deep and
strong,
To the beat of Africa’s ancient song.
In every step, a story told,
Of dreams more precious than gold.
Though challenges may line their
way,
Their spirits shine, come what may.
For in the soul of every child,
Lives a heart both fierce and wild.
Oh, African child, with future
bright,
Your dreams will take their destined flight.
For in your heart, the world will see,
The endless potential of what can be.
So rise, young one, and take your
stand,
With hope and courage, guide your hand.
For in your journey, we behold,
The promise of a tale untold.
Will with
the tell, words from a spell.
